Therapy That Meets You Where You Are, and Makes Room for Where You’re Going

There isn’t one right way to come to therapy.

At Grounded in Grace Collective, therapy is relational, individualized, and centered around you as a whole person, not just the problem that brought you here.

There Are Different Ways to Enter This Space

Sometimes you need a consistent place to talk, reflect, and understand what’s been weighing on you.

Sometimes conversation comes more naturally when you’re moving.

And sometimes you need more than 50 minutes: a larger, intentional space to slow down, listen to yourself, and explore what comes next.

You don’t have to know exactly what you need before you begin. We can start where you are.

Individual Therapy

A consistent place to begin.

Individual therapy gives you space to slow down, talk honestly, and understand what’s happening in your life without reducing everything to a diagnosis or a problem that needs to be fixed.

We might explore anxiety, life transitions, relationships, patterns that keep showing up, feeling disconnected from yourself, or simply the sense that something needs to change.

Walk & Talk Therapy

Some conversations come easier when you’re moving.

Walk & Talk Therapy brings therapy outdoors, allowing movement, fresh air, and the environment around us to become part of the experience.

The movement supports the therapy, not the other way around. You still have space to talk, reflect, notice, and work through what matters to you, just without having to do it sitting across from someone in an office.

Walk & Talk Therapy is available in Winter Haven, Bartow, Lake Wales, Wauchula, Lakeland, and surrounding areas throughout Polk, Hardee, and Highlands counties.

Beach Intensives

Four hours that belong to you.

Sometimes 50 minutes is exactly what you need. Sometimes the work you’re ready to do needs more room.

Beach Intensives offer an extended, intentional space to step away from the noise, slow down, ground, reflect, and reconnect with yourself without rushing toward a breakthrough.

Beach Intensives are offered in Manatee County, including Anna Maria, Bradenton beaches, Holmes Beach, Cortez, and the Coquina Beach area.

WHAT THERAPY CAN SUPPORT

What We Can Make Room For

You don’t need a perfectly defined reason to start therapy.

You might be navigating:

  • anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm

  • a major life transition

  • relationship patterns or boundaries

  • overthinking or feeling stuck in your head

  • questions about identity, meaning, or spirituality

  • feeling disconnected from yourself

  • experiences from the past that still affect you today

  • OCD

  • personal growth and deeper self-understanding

Whatever brings you here, the work can include conversation, reflection, grounding, mindfulness, body awareness, and other holistic approaches depending on what feels useful for you.

Fees & Session Information

Sessions are $150 for 50 minutes.

Walk-and-talk sessions are available at the same rate, depending on location and setting.

This is a self-pay practice, and Good Faith Estimates are available upon request.

You Don’t Have to Know Exactly What You Need Yet

If you’re looking for therapy that feels grounded, relational, and centered around who you are as a whole person, you’re welcome here.

We can start with where you are and make room for where you’re going.
