In walk & talk therapy, we don’t just sit with those patterns; we move with them.
Being outside, side by side, can make it easier to notice what’s coming up without feeling stuck in it.

Together, we begin to understand what’s been shaping your experience and how to move through it in a way that feels more clear and more like you.

This can include:

  • relationship wounds or disconnection

  • experiences that still feel unresolved

  • patterns that feel hard to break

Patterns & Emotional Awareness

Sometimes it’s not one big thing; it’s a pattern.
And sometimes, it’s easier to see those patterns when you’re not sitting still.

The same emotional reactions that feel hard to shift.

Therapy gives you space to notice those patterns more clearly and understand where they’re coming from; so you’re not just reacting, but choosing differently.

Walk & talk therapy naturally brings all of that into the process; not just what’s happening in your mind, but how it feels in your body and in real time.

Movement & Walk-and-Talk Sessions

For some people, it’s easier to open up when they’re not sitting still.

Walk-and-talk sessions offer a different way to engage in therapy; one that includes movement, fresh air, and a more natural rhythm to conversation.

These sessions can help you feel more grounded, more present, and less stuck in your head.

Fees & Session Information

Sessions are $150 for 50 minutes.

Walk-and-talk sessions are available at the same rate, depending on location and setting.

This is a self-pay practice, and Good Faith Estimates are available upon request.
