4-Hour Beach Intensive • Manatee County, Florida
Four Hours to Step Away From the Noise and Come Back to Yourself.
A private, four-hour therapeutic intensive designed to give you something that can be hard to find in everyday life: uninterrupted time to slow down, ground, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
Set along the Florida coast, this is intentional psychotherapy with time and space to listen to yourself, explore what has been carrying your attention, and consider what comes next.
Four Hours That Belong to You.
You spend so much of your life responding to work, family, responsibilities, expectations, and the people who depend on you.
This is an opportunity to step outside of that rhythm for a few hours.
There is nowhere else you need to be. Nothing you need to rush through.
Just intentional time to slow down, ground, and listen to yourself again. To understand what you’ve been carrying and consider what you want to carry forward.
Why Four Hours Instead of 50 Minutes?
Arrive without rushing
There’s time to actually settle into the experience rather than immediately diving in.
Slow down
Give yourself time to settle, breathe, and create space for what comes up.
Ground
Use the environment, your breath, and present-moment awareness to reconnect with yourself.
Move & notice
Movement may become part of the experience when it feels useful, giving us another way to notice what’s happening in the moment.
Explore
There’s room to stay with what matters without constantly being aware that the session clock is running.
Reflect
Consider what you’re learning about yourself, what you need, and what you want to carry forward.
Integrate
There’s time to intentionally close the experience, rather than ending abruptly at the 50-minute mark.
The Beach Intensive takes place in the grounding environment of the Florida coast, but this is not aquatic therapy or a water-based experience. There is no swimming or water entry involved.
The GRACE Through Brokenness Method
A five-step framework for exploring your story, reconnecting with yourself, and becoming more intentional about what you want to carry forward.
G — Grounded in Truth
When truth is spoken, healing begins.
R — Releasing Shame
Shame can’t survive being seen and spoken.
A — Accepting Grace
You’re worthy of love, even in the places that feel unlovable.
C — Choosing Wholeness
Healing isn’t just surviving. It’s learning to live whole.
E — Empowering Legacy
You are the one your family prayed for.
A Different Kind of Therapeutic Space.
